At the headquarters of CNAIR, the submission of offers for the contract award procedure "Feasibility Study for Widening the A1 Highway to 3 Lanes in Each Direction, Bucharest – Pitești, Feasibility Study for Widening the A2 Highway to 3 Lanes in Each Direction, Bucharest – Fundulea, Revision of the Feasibility Study for Widening the A3 Highway to 3 Lanes in Each Direction, Moara Vlăsiei – Dumbrava" took place.

By the deadline, the following economic operators submitted their offers:

1. INGENIERIA ESPECIALIZADA OBRA CIVIL E INDUSTRIAL
2. Consortium: PROIECT-CONSTRUCT REGIUNEA TRANSILVANIA SRL (leader) – PROSPECT DRILL SRL – CREATIVE ROAD DESIGN SRL
3. Consortium: EUROCERAD INTERNATIONAL SRL (leader) - SPECIALIST CONSULTING SRL
4. TOTAL BUSINESS LAND

The contract includes the provision of the following types of services:

• Technical Expertise for each of the A1 Bucharest - Pitești; A2 Bucharest - Fundulea; and A3 Moara Vlăsiei – Dumbrava highway sections.
• Feasibility Study (FS) for each of the A1 Bucharest - Pitești and A2 Bucharest - Fundulea highway sections.
• Revision of the Feasibility Study (FS) for the A3 Moara Vlăsiei – Dumbrava highway section.

The duration of the contract is 18 months, of which 17 months are allocated for the completion of the 3 Feasibility Studies.

The estimated value of the procedure is 29,778,632.99 million lei (excluding VAT), and the source of funding is provided from Non-Reimbursable European Funds.
