At the CNADR headquarters, the tenders were submitted for the procedure for awarding the contract for the design and execution of the Buftea Bypass Variant.

By the deadline, the following economic operators submitted bids:

Association IBB-HIB Romania SRL – IBB HAUS-UND Industriebau GMBH (Romania-Germany);

Onur Taahhut Taşimacilik Inşaat Ticaret VE Sanayi AȘ (Turkey);

PORR Construct (Austria);

Association Tracon SRL – Chirulli Andrea Impresa Individuale (Romania – Italy);

Association X-Way Infrastructure SRL – Concelex SRL – Terra Gaz Construct SRL – Hydrostroy AD (Romania – Bulgaria).

The Buftea bypass variant has a length of 5.77 km and an estimated contract value of 329,045,162.51 lei, without VAT, the source of financing being provided by Non-Reimbursable European Funds.

The duration of the contract is 34 months, of which 10 months are the design period and 24 months are the execution period.

In the following period, the Evaluation Commission will analyze the offers in accordance with the provisions of the award documentation and with the legislation in force in the field of public procurement.
