According to the National Agency for Cadastre and Real Estate Advertising (ANCPI), in June 2023, a total of 44,419 properties were sold nationwide, which is 12,780 fewer than in May. The number of houses, lands, and apartments that were subject to transactions in June is 8,527 less compared to the same period in 2022.

The highest number of property sales in June 2023 were recorded in Bucharest - 7,253, Ilfov - 3,023, and Brașov - 2,247. The counties with the fewest properties sold during the same period are Teleorman - 84, Olt - 100, and Ialomița - 253.

The number of mortgages at the national level in June 2023 was 17,548, which is 3,849 fewer than in June 2022. The most mortgage operations were recorded in Bucharest - 3,777, Ilfov - 1,528, and Timiș - 825. On the other hand, the counties with the least mortgage operations are Sălaj - 37, Harghita - 58, and Bistrița Năsăud - 63.

The counties with the highest number of agricultural land sales in the sixth month of 2023 are Dolj - 593, Buzău - 552, and Galați - 456.

In the first six months of 2023, a total of 281,573 properties were transacted, which is 59,500 fewer than the same period last year. The highest number of sales was recorded in March - 57,499, while the lowest was in January - 33,274.
