The National Housing Agency (ANL), an institution under the authority of the Ministry of Development, Public Works, and Administration (MDLPA), has officially received today, in the commune of Tăuteu (Bihor County), 17 apartments for young people, intended for rent.
The housing units (2-room apartments) were constructed with a height regime of G+3F (ground floor + 3 floors), and the total investment value amounted to 6,377,488.21 lei (including VAT).
Up to this point, within the same program, ANL has completed 1,596 housing units in various localities in Bihor County, including:
The housing construction program for young people, intended for rent, was initiated by ANL in 2001.
These dwellings are built on lands made available to the Agency by local public authorities, and the beneficiaries are young individuals aged between 18 and 35 who meet the legal conditions to access such housing.
Access to these dwellings is granted through the submission of applications to local town halls, which are responsible for creating allocation lists.
Currently, these youth-oriented homes can be acquired by tenants after a minimum one-year rental period. This can be achieved through the payment of monthly installments to local public authorities, by obtaining mortgage loans from authorized financial institutions, including those guaranteed by the state, or by paying the full purchase price from personal funds.
Funding for the program is provided from the state budget, through the budget of the Ministry of Development, Public Works, and Administration (MDLPA), local budgets, and other legally established sources.
