Following the completion of the evaluation process for the submitted bids, CNAIR communicated the result of the procurement procedure for the contract "Elaboration of Feasibility Study for Road Nodes to Ensure Connectivity to the A7 Motorway, Buzău – Focșani Segment in the Boboc - Cochirleanca Area, A2 Motorway in the Fetești - Borcea Area, and A0 Motorway in the Clinceni Area.
The winning bidder is ECO GEODRUM SRL, with a price of 1,896,287.50 lei, excluding VAT.
The contract duration is 8 months for design, of which 7 months are allocated for the elaboration of the Feasibility Study.
The purpose of the project is to develop the Feasibility Study for three new road nodes to ensure connectivity to the A7 Motorway, Buzău – Focșani segment in the Boboc - Cochirleanca area, the A2 Motorway in the Fetești – Borcea area, and the A0 Motorway in the Clinceni area.
The road node on the A7 in the Boboc – Cochirleanca area, as well as the node on the A2 Motorway in the Fetești – Borcea area, presents dual civil-military utility, serving the Boboc Air Base and the Borcea Air Base from a military perspective, as well as the population dynamics and business environment in the UAT (Administrative-Territorial Units) areas (including the potential new civil airport) in those sectors from a civil perspective.
The contract will be financed from Non-Refundable External Funds, in accordance with the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure under the 2021 – 2030 Investment Plan, with the goal of sustainable economic development and dual-use of transport infrastructure.
The signing of the public procurement contract will be possible after the expiration of the period for submitting any appeals and after resolving any appeals/complaints submitted during the procurement procedure. (Photo: Dreamstime)
