MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT AND INFRASTRUCTURE, as the Managing Authority, and THE NATIONAL COMPANY FOR ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE ADMINISTRATION S.A., as the Beneficiary of the funding, signed on February 24, 2025, Addendum No. 1/2025 to Financing Contract No. 52/2024.

General Conditions:

With the signing of Addendum No. 1, one of the key clauses has been modified:

Article I. Article 3 - Financing Contract Value, paragraphs (1), (2), and (2)1, have been amended as follows:

• The total value of the Financing Contract is 192,868,433.82 RON.
• The non-reimbursable eligible amount from the Regional Development Fund is 64,842,078.00 RON, equivalent to 40% of the total eligible value.
• The Beneficiary’s eligible co-financing amount is 97,263,116.99 RON, equivalent to 60% of the total eligible value.
• The difference between the total project value and the amounts mentioned above represents ineligible expenses, including VAT.

Implementation Period – no later than December 31, 2029.
