According to the Federation of Builders, at the invitation of Mr. President Marius Constantin BUDĂI, President of the Committee for Public Administration and Regional Development, representatives of FPSC were present at the debate organized in the Chamber of Deputies on the Draft Law on the Planning, Urbanism, and Construction Code.

The organization was represented by Ms. Irina Forgo, Director of FPSC, who emphasized the importance of this legislative act and drew attention to three essential aspects that require further clarification/modifications to improve this legal framework:

1. The technical and professional certification of construction companies.
2. The clear distinction between partial acceptance at the completion of works/final acceptance and acceptance at the physical execution stage.
3. Provisions related to the insurance system.

Mr. Lorincz Barnabas, Director of PPTT, also reminded those present of the importance of introducing certification for technical-professional qualifications and for companies producing carpentry, facades, and glass products.
