The National Company for the Management of Road Infrastructure S.A., as the Beneficiary, and the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, as the Intermediate Body for Transport, signed on May 10, 2024, Additional Act no. 1 to Financing Contract no. 244/12.06.2023, for the project: "Modernization of DN52 Alexandria-Tr. Măgurele km 1+350-km 44+600, km 49+194-km52+649".

By signing Additional Act no. 1, one of the important clauses is modified:

Article 10, paragraph (1) of the Financing Contract - General Conditions:

Article 1. In Article 3 - Contract value, paragraphs (1) and (2) shall have the following content:

The total value of the project "Modernization of DN52 Alexandria-Tr. Măgurele km 1+350-km 44+600, km 49+194-km52+649" is 173,788,706.87 lei (Stage I and Stage II), of which the total eligible value of the project (Stage I and Stage II) is 139,475,922 lei. and the value related to Stage I POIM is modified as follows:

The total value related to Stage I POIM is 57,145,626.20 lei.

The non-reimbursable eligible value from the European Regional Development Fund related to Stage I POIM amounts to 38,880,483.67, equivalent to 85% of the total eligible value.

The eligible co-financing value of the Beneficiary related to Stage I POIM amounts to 6,861,261.82 lei, equivalent to 15% of the total eligible value.

The difference from the total project value represents ineligible expenses including VAT for Stages I and II.
