November 2023 compared to October 2023

The volume of construction works increased, on a raw series basis, by 8.7%, with notable increases in capital repair works (+35.6%), new construction works (+7.3%), and maintenance and current repair works (+2.4%).

Regarding construction objects, increases were observed in engineering constructions (+13.8%), residential buildings (+3.6%), and non-residential buildings (+1.4%).

The volume of construction works increased, on a seasonally adjusted series basis, by 2.6%, with notable increases in maintenance and current repair works (+25.0%), capital repair works (+2.7%), and new construction works (+1.3%).

Regarding construction objects, the volume of construction works increased in engineering constructions (+6.1%) and residential buildings (+2.8%). Non-residential buildings decreased by 5.9%.

The volume of construction works, on a raw series basis, increased overall by 14.3%. Significant increases were recorded in capital repair works (+25.8%), new construction works (+15.5%), and maintenance and current repair works (+6.3%).

Regarding construction objects, increases were recorded in engineering constructions (+36.4%). Residential buildings and non-residential buildings decreased by 8.6% and 5.6%, respectively.

On a seasonally adjusted series basis, the volume of construction works increased overall by 12.7%. Significant increases were observed in capital repair works (+24.9%), new construction works (+15.6%), and maintenance and current repair works (+10.5%).

Regarding construction objects, engineering constructions increased by 34.5%. Residential buildings and non-residential buildings decreased by 8.2% and 5.2%, respectively.
