During the period January 1 - December 31, 2023, the volume of construction works increased compared to the period January 1 - December 31, 2022, by 14.2% in raw series and by 13.8% in seasonally adjusted series based on the number of working days.

December 2023 compared to November 2023:

The volume of construction works increased, in raw series, by 28.1%, with significant growth observed in new construction works (+32.2%), major repairs (+22.8%), and maintenance and current repairs (+18.7%).

Regarding construction objects, increases were recorded in non-residential buildings (+37.9%), engineering constructions (+26.8%), and residential buildings (+19.0%).

The volume of construction works, in seasonally adjusted series based on the number of working days, increased by 10.3%, with notable growth observed in new construction works (+18.2%) and major repairs (+4.7%).

Maintenance and current repair works decreased by 2.8%. Regarding construction objects, the volume of construction works increased in non-residential buildings (+22.5%), engineering constructions (+9.6%), and residential buildings (+4.8%).

December 2023 compared to December 2022:

The volume of construction works, in raw series, increased overall by 27.3%. Increases were recorded in new construction works (+41.9%) and major repairs (+25.7%).

Maintenance and current repair works decreased by 4.6%. Regarding construction objects, increases were recorded in engineering constructions (+42.9%), non-residential buildings (+17.4%), and residential buildings (+1.0%).

In seasonally adjusted series based on the number of working days, the volume of construction works increased overall by 25.5%. Increases were notable in new construction works (+44.3%) and major repairs (+30.0%). Maintenance and current repair works decreased by 5.2%.

Regarding construction objects, increases were recorded in engineering constructions (+43.7%), non-residential buildings (+20.4%), and residential buildings (+2.9%).

The volume of construction works, in raw series, increased overall by 14.2%. Increases were observed in major repairs (+19.7%), new construction works (+16.5%), and maintenance and current repair works (+6.0%).

Increases were recorded in engineering constructions (+33.2%) and non-residential buildings (+2.3%). Residential buildings decreased by 6.6%.
