CNAIR informs that it has submitted to ANAP the tender documentation for the launch of public procurement procedures for two concession contracts, as follows:

LOT 1: Service Areas at km 88+300 left/right, Vâlcelele

The minimum annual concession fee is 1,922,321 lei, and the minimum concession fee rate is 5%. The duration of the concession contract is 240 months (20 years).

LOT 2: Service Areas at km 139+830 left/right, Fetești

The minimum annual concession fee is 2,151,705 lei, with a minimum concession fee rate of 4.70%. The duration of the concession contract is 240 months (20 years).

The equipping, furnishing, and modernization of the mentioned service areas consist of providing fuel distribution stations (existing), charging stations for light and heavy electric vehicles, rest areas, commercial space including a snack bar and café, parking spaces, toilets, showers, according to European standards.

Additionally, the concessionaire has the possibility to implement additional facilities (restaurant, motel, secure parking, etc.) beyond the minimum requirements imposed by the specifications. (Photo: CNAIR)
