The Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration (MDLPA) reports that 40 funding contracts have been signed for local development programs to be carried out through the Anghel Saligny program.
The contracts, signed in collaboration with some of the project beneficiaries, aim to rehabilitate and modernize local roads, establish or expand drinking water supply systems, sewage networks, and wastewater treatment plants, extend natural gas distribution pipelines, as well as construct or rehabilitate bridges and culverts.
"We must not forget that we are in public service, and our efforts should be focused on fulfilling the commitments we have made to the citizens! That's why both I and my colleagues in the ministry are in constant contact with local authorities to implement the projects they are currently running or planning to implement," stated the ministry spokesperson.
