The National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration (ANCPI) has issued 1,758,113 documents online through the EPAY.ANCPI.RO platform in the first ten months of 2023.

During the same period in 2022, ANCPI issued 1,331,064 online land registry extracts for information and 164,760 extracts from the cadastral plan on the orthophoto plan. The documents issued online by ANCPI, without a holographic signature, are recognized by local and central administration institutions, banks, lawyers, notaries, etc.

In October 2023, ANCPI, a public institution under the Ministry of Development, Public Works, and Administration (MDLPA), provided online through the epay.ancpi.ro platform 151,844 land registry extracts for information and 20,289 extracts from the cadastral plan on the orthophoto plan. In October 2022, ANCPI issued 138,318 online land registry extracts for information and 16,262 extracts from the cadastral plan on the orthophoto plan.

Additionally, in the tenth month of 2023, 7,195 new users created accounts on the epay.ancpi.ro platform, and 122,536 online orders were registered.

The price of an online land registry extract for information issued through the epay.ancpi.ro platform is 20 lei, compared to 25 lei at the counters of the cadastre and land registration offices.

If the requested document is available in electronic format, it can be downloaded from the user's created account within a few minutes. In case the extract has not been converted into an electronic format, the waiting time is at most two working days.

The price of an extract from the cadastral plan on the orthophoto plan issued online through the epay.ancpi.ro platform is 15 lei.

The EPAY.ANCPI.RO platform is managed by ANCPI and can be used by both individuals and legal entities. Orders are placed online, and payment is made through a bank card.

Currently, the number of properties registered in the integrated cadastre and land registry system is over 22.4 million.

Thus, land registry extracts requested for these properties can be downloaded by users of the epay.ancpi.ro platform in the shortest time.
