The National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration (ANCPI) has allocated 305,837,122 lei for the tenth stage of funding for systematic registration works of properties in cadastral sectors.
Over 2,000 administrative-territorial units (ATUs) have expressed their intention to start or continue property registration. The works are free of charge for citizens and are carried out under the National Cadastre and Land Book Program (PNCCF). The funding is provided from ANCPI's own revenues.
ANCPI, a public institution under the Ministry of Development, Public Works, and Administration (MDLPA), is launching a new stage of funding for systematic registration of properties in cadastral sectors. Thus, each eligible ATU can receive up to 160,000 lei.
So far, 2,003 out of the 2,355 eligible municipalities have expressed their intention to start or continue cadastral works in cadastral sectors. These municipalities can enter into funding contracts with the cadastral and land registration offices (OCPIs).
The deadline is 60 days from the receipt of notifications sent by the OCPIs, and the duration of funding contracts is 28 months. After signing the funding contracts, municipalities have another 60 days to conclude contracts for systematic registration services of properties.
The largest amounts were requested by the counties of Suceava - 12,645,000 lei for 80 ATUs, Botoșani - 12,000,000 lei for 75 ATUs, and Iași - 12,000,000 lei for 75 ATUs. The counties that requested the smallest amounts for cadastral registration in cadastral sectors are Brăila - 2,120,000 lei for 14 ATUs, Covasna - 2,955,000 lei for 19 ATUs, and Harghita - 3,340,000 lei for 22 ATUs.
ANCPI will reimburse between 109.00 lei + VAT per property and 473.06 lei + VAT per property, depending on the difficulty level of the terrain, the areas covered by Decree no. 115/1938 (old land book), and the degree of coverage with constructions.
So far, ANCPI has registered over 6.7 million properties in the integrated cadastre and land book system through PNCCF.
PNCCF aims to register, free of charge for citizens, all properties (land and buildings) in Romania in the integrated cadastre and land book system. The program is funded from ANCPI's own revenues, European funds, as well as the local budget of municipalities.
