The National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration (ANCPI) issued, online, through the EPAY.ANCPI.RO platform, 2,052,235 documents in the year 2023.

In the previous year, ANCPI issued online 1,762,086 land registry extracts for information and extracts from the cadastral plan, on the orthophotomap. The documents issued online by ANCPI, without a handwritten signature, are recognized by local and central administration institutions, banks, lawyers, notaries, etc.

In December 2023, ANCPI, a public institution under the authority of the Ministry of Development, Public Works, and Administration (MDLPA), provided, online, through the epay.ancpi.ro platform, 106,936 land registry extracts for information and 13,925 extracts from the cadastral plan, on the orthophotomap. In December of 2022, ANCPI issued online 99,326 land registry extracts for information and 10,485 extracts from the cadastral plan, on the orthophotomap.

Additionally, in the twelfth month of 2023, 4,837 new users registered on the epay.ancpi.ro platform, and 82,742 online orders were recorded.

The price of a land registry extract for information issued online, through the epay.ancpi.ro platform, is 20 lei, whereas at the counters of the cadastre and land registration offices, the cost is 25 lei.

If the requested document is available in electronic format, it can be downloaded from the user's account created within a few minutes. If the extract has not been converted into electronic format, the waiting time is at most two working days.

The price of an extract from the cadastral plan, on the orthophotomap, issued online, through the epay.ancpi.ro platform, is 15 lei.

The EPAY.ANCPI.RO platform is managed by ANCPI and can be used by both individuals and legal entities. Orders are placed online, and payment can be made with a bank card.

Currently, the number of properties registered in the integrated cadastre and land registry system is over 22.8 million.

Thus, land registry extracts requested for these properties can be downloaded by users of the epay.ancpi.ro platform in the shortest time possible.
