The National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration (ANCPI) announces that it has completed the systematic registration of properties managed by the Administration of the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve (ARBDD) in the cadastre and land registry records. The work was carried out under the National Cadastre and Land Registration Program (PNCCF) and covered an area of approximately 190,000 hectares in 11 communes in Tulcea County. The funding was provided from ANCPI's own revenues. ANCPI, a public institution under the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration (MDLPA), has registered in the integrated cadastre and land registry system the land located in non-built-up areas, land and water surfaces, land permanently under water, and beaches in the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve. The 1,985 properties owned by the Romanian state and administered by ARBDD have a total area of 188,452.66 hectares and are located in the communes of C.A. Rosetti, Ceatalchioi, Chilia Veche, Crișan, Grindu, Isaccea, Murighiol, Pardina, Sf. Gheorghe, Sulina, and Valea Nucarilor. The financing contract signed between ANCPI and ARBDD in June 2020 is the largest-value contract concluded by ANCPI with a public institution, amounting to 29,815,647 lei. The main objective of the PNCCF is the free registration of all properties (land, buildings, and apartments) in Romania in the integrated cadastre and land registry system. The PNCCF is funded from ANCPI's own revenues, totaling over four billion lei, as well as from external funds obtained through the Regional Operational Program, amounting to approximately 312 million euros. Additionally, within this project, another source of funding can be the local budget. More information regarding the PNCCF is available on ANCPI's website, www.ancpi.ro.
