The Insurance Pool Against Natural Disasters (PAID) announces the appointment of Cosmin Tudor as Deputy General Manager, according to the approval publicly communicated by the Financial Supervisory Authority on November 28, 2023.

Formerly the Director of Development for 4 years, he joins the executive leadership structure alongside Nicoleta Radu, General Manager, and Ionuț Baciu, Deputy General Manager. With 25 years of experience in the insurance field, the last 4 years within PAID, Cosmin Tudor expands his role and involvement to continue the society's strategy of adaptation and transformation.

Before joining the PAID team, Cosmin Tudor successfully coordinated the local broker sales activity for the leading insurance industry player in Romania.

In his new position, he will be responsible for the operational stability of the company, as well as the development of insurance coverage, overseeing teams in IT, claims, distribution, methodology-analysis, and marketing-communication.

The restructuring of the executive leadership is based on new legislative changes. The goal is to ensure continued good governance of the company by separating responsibilities in such a way that financial and operational stability are maintained under the best conditions.

Cosmin Tudor is 47 years old and a graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University in Iași.
