The National Company for the Management of Road Infrastructure S.A., as the Applicant, has developed and submitted the Funding Application for the project "Feasibility Study for the investment objective <<Orbital Road - Connection A7 - Buzău (sections 2, 3, and 4)>> for the purpose of obtaining non-reimbursable financing allocated through the Transport Program, within the framework of RSO3.1_Developing a TEN-T network, resilient to climate change, smart, safe, sustainable, and intermodal from the Cohesion Fund:

Priority: P1. Improving primary road connectivity; Specific Objective 3.1 Developing a TEN-T network, resilient to climate change, smart, safe, sustainable, and intermodal Fund: Cohesion Fund; Operation: Investments for the realization of high-speed road infrastructure sections on the primary network- CF

The general objective of the project is to improve Romania's economic competitiveness by developing transport infrastructure that facilitates economic integration into the EU, thereby contributing to the development of the internal market with the aim of creating conditions for increased investment volume, promoting sustainable transport, and cohesion in the European road network.

The specific objective of the project:

The total value of the project is 18,777,502.96 lei and will be financed through the Transport Program as follows: the contribution of the European Union from the Cohesion Fund - 6,315,916.96 lei, own contribution - 9,473,875.44 lei, the difference up to the total project value representing ineligible expenses including VAT, namely 2,987,710.56 lei.

The duration of the project is 21 months.
