The NATIONAL COMPANY FOR ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT S.A. and BIHOR COUNTY, as Beneficiary, and the MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT AND INFRASTRUCTURE, as Intermediate Body for Transport, have signed Additional Act No.1 to Financing Contract No. 258/02.10.2023, for the project: "BEIUS BYPASS ROAD".

By signing Additional Act No.1, the following important conditions are modified:

Article I. General conditions Article 3 - Contract value, paragraphs (1) and (2)

The total value of the Project (Stage I and Stage II) is 403,106,936.29 lei;

The total value of the financing contract for Stage I POIM is 145,923,956.57 lei.

The eligible non-refundable value from the European Regional Development Fund for Phase I amounts to 102,747,980.39 lei, equivalent to 85% of the approved total eligible value.

Article II. (6) The Beneficiary's eligible co-financing value for POIM for Phase I is 18,131,996.54 lei.

The ineligible value, including VAT, for Phase I POIM is 25,043,979.64 lei.

The project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund through the Large Infrastructure Operational Program 2014-2020.
