"Since the beginning of my term as Minister of Development, Public Works, and Administration, I have maintained constant communication with local public authorities. I have met with hundreds of mayors at the ministry's headquarters to sign various funding contracts for the benefit of citizens. I have personally visited the territories to verify the status of projects funded by MDLPA.

Today, my team and I at the ministry continue the dialogue with representatives of local authorities in Neamț," stated Minister Adrian-Ioan Veștea during a working visit to this county, where he met with local public authorities to discuss the implemented projects.

In the city of Roman, through the National Investment Program "Anghel Saligny," funding of 4.4 million lei is provided for the rehabilitation of a 5,000 cubic meters reservoir on Mihai Viteazu Street and 23 million lei for the modernization of the Roman Est artery, DJ 207A - Plopilor Street - DN2.

The local authorities in Roman will also have at their disposal 8.6 million lei, a sum provided by the National Investment Company, for the construction of a type 1 sports base, equipped with a football field and a multifunctional field. This will allow the organization of sports competitions in handball, basketball, volleyball, or tennis.

The National Investment Program "Anghel Saligny" ensures funding of over 126.7 million lei for the extension of water supply systems and sewerage networks in the city of Piatra Neamț and the communes of Cordun, Săbăoani, Tămășeni, Horia, and Tazlău. It also covers the modernization of local interest roads in the town of Roznov and the communes of Horia and Gârcina."
