The National Agency for Cadastre and Real Estate Publicity (ANCPI) Issues Over 223,000 Documents Online in January 2025

The National Agency for Cadastre and Real Estate Publicity (ANCPI) issued 223,614 documents online through the EPAY.ANCPI.RO platform in the first month of 2025.

In the previous month, ANCPI issued 136,362 land book excerpts for information and 14,544 cadastral plan excerpts based on orthophotomaps.

Documents issued online by ANCPI, without a handwritten signature, are recognized by local and central administration institutions, banks, lawyers, notaries, etc.

In January 2025, ANCPI, a public institution under the Ministry of Development, Public Works, and Administration (MDLPA), provided 201,982 land book excerpts for information and 21,632 cadastral plan excerpts based on orthophotomaps through the epay.ancpi.ro platform.

Additionally, in the first month of 2025, 13,671 new users registered on the epay.ancpi.ro platform, and 165,608 online orders were placed.

The price of a land book excerpt for information issued online via epay.ancpi.ro is 20 lei, whereas the cost at the counters of cadastre and real estate publicity offices is 25 lei.

If the requested document is available in electronic format, it can be downloaded within minutes from the user’s account. If the excerpt has not been converted into an electronic format, the waiting time is a maximum of two working days.

The price of a cadastral plan excerpt based on an orthophotomap issued online through epay.ancpi.ro is 15 lei.

The EPAY.ANCPI.RO platform is managed by ANCPI and can be used by both individuals and legal entities. Orders are placed online, and payments can be made using a bank card.
