48 New Rental Homes for Young People Delivered in Turda by the National Housing Agency
The National Housing Agency (ANL), an institution under the authority of the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration (MDLPA), has delivered 48 rental homes for young people in the city of Turda, Cluj County.
The housing units—12 studio apartments and 36 two-room apartments—were built on a site located on Zambilelor Street, with a building structure consisting of basement + ground floor + 3 floors + attic (S+P+3E+M). The total investment amounted to 11,271,099.56 lei (including VAT).
So far, under the same rental housing program for young people, ANL has completed 782 housing units across Cluj County, in the following localities:
About the Rental Housing Program for Young People
The rental housing construction program for young people was launched by ANL in 2001. The homes are built on land provided by local public authorities, and are intended for young people aged 18 to 35 who meet the legal eligibility criteria. Applications are submitted to local city halls, which then compile the allocation lists.
