The National Housing Agency (ANL) Delivers 24 New Rental Homes for Young People in Găești, Dâmbovița County

The National Housing Agency (ANL), a public institution operating under the authority of the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration (MDLPA), has officially completed and handed over 24 rental housing units for young people in the town of Găești, Dâmbovița County.

The new residential units — consisting of 10 studio apartments and 14 two-room apartments — are located on Fundătura 1 Decembrie Street, no. 11A, and are part of a P+3E building (ground floor plus three floors). The total investment value amounts to 9,036,057.17 lei (VAT included).

To date, ANL has completed 1,118 residential units in Dâmbovița County, distributed as follows:

• Târgoviște (603)
• Pucioasa (112)
• Titu (206)
• Găești (82)
• Fieni (16)
• Moreni (32)
• Aninoasa (44)
• Doicești (11)
• Potlogi (12)

About the Youth Housing Construction Program

The Youth Rental Housing Construction Program, launched by ANL in 2001, aims to support young people aged 18 to 35 by offering affordable rental housing solutions.

The homes are built on land provided by local public authorities, and access to these units is granted through applications submitted to local municipalities, which manage the allocation process.

After a minimum one-year rental period, tenants are eligible to purchase the units under one of the following options:

• Monthly installment payments to local authorities,
• Mortgage loans contracted from authorized financial institutions (with or without state guarantees),
• Full payment from personal funds.
