The National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration (ANCPI) has issued a total of 1,429,905 documents online through the EPAY.ANCPI.RO platform in the first eight months of 2023. During the same period in 2022, ANCPI issued 1,058,299 online land book extracts for information purposes and 131,672 extracts from the cadastral plan on orthophotoplan.

The documents issued online by ANCPI, without handwritten signatures, are recognized by local and central government institutions, banks, lawyers, notaries, and more.

In August 2023, ANCPI, a public institution under the Ministry of Development, Public Works, and Administration (MDLPA), provided 135,168 land book extracts for information purposes and 18,644 cadastral plan extracts on orthophotoplan online through the epay.ancpi.ro platform. In August 2022, ANCPI issued 132,274 land book extracts for information purposes and 16,906 cadastral plan extracts on orthophotoplan online.

Additionally, in the eighth month of 2023, 6,786 new users registered on the epay.ancpi.ro platform, and 110,215 online orders were processed.

The price for an online land book extract for information purposes issued through the epay.ancpi.ro platform is 20 lei, compared to 25 lei at the counters of the cadastral and land registration offices. If the requested document is available in electronic format, it can be downloaded from the user's account within a few minutes. If the extract has not been converted into an electronic format, the waiting time is a maximum of two working days.

The price for an extract from the cadastral plan on orthophotoplan issued online through the epay.ancpi.ro platform is 15 lei.

The EPAY.ANCPI.RO platform is managed by ANCPI and can be used by both individuals and legal entities. Orders are placed online, and payment is made through a bank card.

Currently, there are over 22 million properties registered in the integrated cadastre and land book system. As a result, land book extracts requested for these properties can be downloaded by users of the epay.ancpi.ro platform in the shortest possible time.
