Romanian Government Approves Prioritization Criteria for
2025 Investment Commitments
At the proposal of the Ministry of Development, Public Works
and Administration, the Romanian Government has approved a legislative act
establishing the prioritization criteria for concluding, in 2025, the legal
commitments by the National Investment Company (CNI) related to public
procurement procedures carried out by the end of 2024, for which legal
commitments have not yet been made. The criteria also apply to public
procurement procedures expected to be completed in 2025, targeting investment
projects funded under the National Construction Program for Public or Social
Interest (PNCIPS), Minister Cseke Attila announced.
“Our goal is to allocate the 2025 commitment appropriations,
amounting to 3.805 billion lei, according to budgetary limits and based
on the purpose of the legal commitments and the specific PNCIPS sub-programs
under which the projects fall,” stated the Minister of Development.
The funds will be used for:

jurisdiction, including:

Dinamo Bucharest Multifunctional Arena

The Corvinul
1921 Hunedoara Sports Complex
-
The Iași
Multipurpose Hall
-
The Municipal
Stadium Complex “1 Mai”

A 30,000-seat
stadium in Timișoara

The Gârlești
Overpass in Craiova
-
Completion
of investment projects requiring services necessary to issue work
commencement orders, or for additional/final works under PNCIPS
sub-programs, such as:

The rehabilitation
and modernization of school facilities at Sfântul Stelian Special
Vocational School (Botoșani)
-
The Olympic
swimming pool in Brăila
-
A new
wing at the Alexandria County Emergency Hospital
-

investments with public procurement procedures finalized before the
adoption of the legislative act, including:

The multi-story
car park at the Emergency Hospital in Târgoviște
-
The “Gh.
Roșca Codreanu” National College in Bârlad

projects in 23 counties, included in the government’s “Sfânta
Ana” Crèche Construction Program, such as:
