After completing the reevaluation process of offers in accordance with the provisions of Decision no. 1506/C9/1490/03.07.2023, which became final through Civil Decision no. 367/06.10.2023, pronounced in case no. 4856/2/2023 by the Court of Appeal Bucharest, CNAIR (National Company for Motorways and National Roads of Romania) has announced the new result of the procedure for the CONSTRUCTION WORKS CONTRACT FOR THE PLOIEȘTI – BUZĂU MOTORWAY, LOT 3, Pietroasele – Municipality of Buzău, km 49+350 – km 63+250.

The winning bidder designated is the consortium NUROL INŞAAT VE TICARET A.S. (lead) - MAKYOL INSAAT SANAYI TURIZM VE TICARET A.S., with a price of 1,093,470,823.76 Lei without VAT.

The contract's execution duration is 20 months. The warranty period offered according to the evaluation factor is 10 years.

The length of this motorway section is 13.9 km and includes the construction of 8 bridges and a high-technical-complexity passage, 1,260 meters long.

The source of funding is provided by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). The signing of the public procurement contract will be possible after the expiration of the period for submitting any challenges and after resolving the challenges/complaints filed within the tender procedure.
