Following the completion of the bid evaluation process, CNAIR (The National Company for Road Infrastructure Administration) announces that the results have been communicated for the contract award procedure regarding the design and execution for the completion of the Brasov - Targu Mures - Cluj - Oradea Motorway, Section 3C: Suplacu de Barcău – Borș, Subsection 3C1: Suplacu de Barcău - Chiribiș (km 4+200 - km 30+550).

The winning bid was submitted by CONSTRUCTII ERBASU SA, with a price of 884,123,669.17 Romanian Lei excluding VAT.

The contract will be financed from Non-Refundable European Funds.

Within the investment objective, 8 bridges, 8 passages, and 3 viaducts will be built, including a technically complex bridge over the reservoir at km 6+655, with a length of approximately 1.8 km.

The duration of the design and execution contract is 24 months, of which 6 months are for the design phase and 18 months for the execution of the works.

The warranty period, according to the winning bidder's evaluation factor, is 120 months.

The signing of the public procurement contract will be possible after the expiration of the period for filing any appeals and after the resolution of any disputes/complaints filed within the award procedure.
