THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT AND INFRASTRUCTURE, as the Managing Authority, THE NATIONAL COMPANY FOR ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE ADMINISTRATION S.A., and THE MARAMUREȘ COUNTY COUNCIL, as the Beneficiary of the funding, signed on February 24, 2025, Addendum No. 2 to Financing Contract No. 47.

By signing Addendum No. 2, one of the key clauses has been modified:

General Conditions:

Article I. Article 3 - Financing Contract Value, paragraphs (1), (2), and (2)1, are amended as follows:

• The total value of the Financing Contract is 220,155,086.25 lei;
• The construction of the Bridge over the Tisa River in the Teplița area has entered Phase A, financed through the Regional Development Fund, amounting to 74,006,305.04 lei, equivalent to 40% of the total eligible value;
• The eligible co-financing provided by the Beneficiary amounts to 110,920,145.29 lei, equivalent to 60% of the total eligible value;
• The difference between the total project value and the eligible costs represents non-eligible expenses, including VAT.
