COS reports an occupancy rate of 95% for Stables at the end of 2023, an increase of 15 percentage points compared to the same period in 2022.
On average, approximately 95% of clients believe that the design has a positive impact on their productivity and creativity, appreciate the comfort and ergonomics of the space, and consider Stables to be a reliable partner.
Contrary to general market estimates, which suggest that the demand for coworking spaces in Cluj comes predominantly from freelancers rather than companies, 75% of Stables' revenues come from companies with a strong market presence or large corporations.
According to COS's internal data, the increasing demand for coworking office spaces is correlated with the constant development of the technology segment and startups, with early-stage companies preferring to move towards shared offices and coworking spaces, which allow for further business development.
Based on COS's internal data, the total area of coworking office spaces in Cluj has doubled in the past 2 years and follows global growth trends. Although the market is not currently evolving at the same pace as in previous years, it continues to grow faster than other components of the office market, according to COS specialists.
Launched in 2020, Stables offers a premium coworking environment tailored for entrepreneurs and multinational companies, a community event space, and a showroom for COS's own interior design and construction projects.
Currently, the number of employees from clients using the space exceeds 150 people in a hybrid regime, with an average of approximately 75 people coming to the office each day. Stables has a total capacity of 122 seats, in a space of 1,000 square meters. (Photo: Dreamstime)
