The Competition Council is reviewing the transaction in which Eco Euro Doors SRL intends to acquire Workshop Doors SRL.

Both Eco Euro Doors S.R.L., a member of the ROCA Group, and Workshop Doors S.R.L are engaged in the production and sale of interior doors and door frames (including related accessories).

In accordance with the provisions of the Competition Law (Law No. 21/1996), this transaction must be authorized by the competition authority, which will assess its compatibility with a normal competitive environment and issue a decision within the timeframes provided by law.
