Since 2019, on September 14th, we celebrate the National Day of the Constructor in accordance with Law 350/2018. It is a day dedicated to those who design and build, along with the producers and suppliers of construction materials, machinery, and equipment. It's a day to recognize the efforts and merits of the construction industry and is related to the date on which one of the landmark works of Romanian builders, the Anghel Saligny Bridge in Cernavodă, was received.

It's a day dedicated to those who contribute significantly to the country's GDP, those who have supported the Romanian economy during the pandemic and in other challenging situations.

It's the day of the guild that practices a profession as difficult as it is noble and necessary for humanity, from ancient times when people needed simple shelters, to the present day when they create smart buildings.

Romanian builders have often faced storms, but then came good times because without builders, society cannot exist. We hope that in the future, the results of the builders' work will be appreciated at their true value.

This year, on the National Day of the Constructor, we want to take this moment to thank collaborators from other guilds, the media that strives to understand and convey the realities of the field to the public, the teachers who have helped us learn this profession, and all those who care that this sector is vital for the country's economy.
