The National Institute of Administration (INA) Unveils Its 2025 Professional Training Program Offer
The National Institute of Administration (INA), under the authority of the Ministry of Development, Public Works, and Administration, has launched its professional training program offer for the current year.
The event, held at Victoria Palace, brought together 120 leaders and experts from the public administration sector, highlighting the institutional commitment to efficiency and performance in the interest of citizens. The new training offer focuses on key pillars such as citizen orientation, digital competencies, strategic leadership, and innovative public services.
Present at the event, Monica Săsărman, State Secretary at the Ministry of Development, commended INA’s initiative, stating: “The training offer developed by INA is extremely comprehensive, covering areas of interest both for specialists in central and local public administration and for anyone seeking to acquire in-depth knowledge. Moreover, the proposed programs are aligned with the training needs identified through consultations with all relevant stakeholders.”
The launch of INA’s 2025 offer underscored the close collaboration between INA and key state institutions such as the General Secretariat of the Government, the Ministry of Development, Public Works, and Administration, the Chamber of Deputies, and the Department for Sustainable Development. This collaboration reflects the firm commitment of decision-makers to support the professional development of human resources in public administration.

During the event, diplomas were also awarded to graduates of the Specialized Training Program for High-Ranking Civil Service Positions – Class of 2024.
