Construction Works Volume – February 2025

In February 2025, the volume of construction works increased by 24.0% (gross series) compared to January 2025. However, when adjusted for working days and seasonality, the volume decreased by 6.2%.

Compared to February 2024, the gross volume of construction works rose by 6.1%, and by 6.7% in seasonally adjusted terms.

For the period 1 January – 28 February 2025, construction works increased by 16.7% (gross series) and by 19.5% (seasonally adjusted) compared to the same period in 2024.
