The Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration (MDLPA) has carried out payments totaling 59,571,101.33 lei for 59 investment projects financed through Component C5 – the Renovation Wave, part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), as announced by Minister Cseke Attila.

The reimbursed amounts target works at various stages of implementation, with a focus on improving the energy performance of buildings and modernizing the built environment. The invoices submitted by beneficiaries include interventions such as thermal rehabilitation, structural consolidation, seismic renovation, and the modernization of public buildings and residential blocks.

Component C5 – the Renovation Wave represents one of the main pillars of the PNRR in the construction sector, aiming to reduce energy consumption and increase the resilience of the building stock, in line with new European requirements on energy efficiency and sustainability.

Through these payments, MDLPA continues the implementation process of projects financed from European funds, contributing to the acceleration of works and compliance with the deadlines assumed under the PNRR.

According to official data, the detailed situation of the payments made is available on the ministry’s website at the following link: 👉 https://www.mdlpa.ro/pages/plati

The “Renovation Wave” program plays a key role in transforming Romania’s construction sector, supporting the transition toward more energy-efficient and structurally safer buildings.
