The National Company for the Management of Road Infrastructure S.A., as the Beneficiary, and the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, as the Intermediate Body for Transport, have signed Additional Act No. 3 to Financing Contract No. 33/20.05.2019, for the project: "Barlad Bypass".

By signing Additional Act No. 3, one of the important clauses has been modified:

Article 10, paragraph (1) of the Financing Contract - General Conditions:

Art. 1. In Article 3 - Contract Value, paragraphs (1) and (2) shall have the following content:

The total value of the "Barlad Bypass" Project is 189,667,269.12 Romanian Lei (Stage I and Stage II), and the financing contract value for Stage I is 79,835,348.41 Romanian Lei, financed under the POIM 2014-2020 framework, as follows:

The eligible non-reimbursable value from the European Regional Development Fund for Stage I POIM amounts to 57,337,077.26 Romanian Lei, equivalent to 85% of the total eligible value.

The Beneficiary's eligible co-financing for Stage I POIM amounts to 10,118,307.75 Romanian Lei, equivalent to 15% of the total eligible value.

The difference from the total project value represents ineligible expenses, including VAT related to Stages I and II.
