Minister Cseke Attila Inaugurates 21st Nursery Built Under Government Program in Moreni

Moreni, Dâmbovița County – Minister Cseke Attila officially inaugurated today the 21st nursery built under the Romanian Government's “Sfânta Ana” Nursery Construction Program, coordinated by the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration.

The new facility has a capacity of seven groups, accommodating up to 70 children, and includes an administrative area, a dedicated space for children with bedrooms and playrooms, as well as a technical and service area, equipped with an in-house kitchen and laundry facilities.

The investment amounts to 13.3 million lei, financed through Component 15 – Education of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), with funding provided by the European Union.

This is a modern, environmentally friendly nursery, designed as an nZEB (near-Zero Energy Building). It is equipped with solar thermal and photovoltaic panels, ensuring energy and hot water needs are met through renewable sources.
