Minister Adrian-Ioan Veștea inaugurated a new, environmentally friendly nursery in the municipality of Târgu Secuiesc. This is the second nursery completed by the Ministry of Development, Public Works, and Administration, through the National Investment Company, out of the 124 funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
The nursery has a capacity of 4 groups (40 children) and includes an administrative area, one dedicated to children, and technical and household spaces. It also features 4 bedrooms, 2 playrooms with 2 changing rooms, and 4 sanitary groups for children, dining areas, and a medical office.
This is a modern nursery, of the nZEB (near-Zero Energy Building) type, where the necessary energy partially comes from renewable sources such as photovoltaic panels and solar panels that will provide the required energy and hot water. Additionally, the building envelope is very well thermally insulated.
"I am delighted that the residents of Târgu Secuiesc will benefit from a nursery built to European standards, which will contribute to the learning and socialization process of the little ones, offering them a modern and safe environment. We continue to invest in educational infrastructure to ensure the harmonious development of our children!" stated the Minister of Development.
The value of the design and execution contract for this educational unit was 11,047,493.05 lei.
