Over 123,000 Land Book and Cadastral Plan Extracts Issued Free of Charge to Property Owners

Minister of Development Cseke Attila announced that 123,639 land book and cadastral plan extracts have been issued free of charge to property owners both at counters and online.

📌 Breakdown of Document Issuance:

• 105,818 extracts were issued at public counters starting April 7, as part of the first phase of cadastral system reform.
• Since June 2, an additional 17,821 extracts have been issued online, free of charge.

“The fact that so many requests were made in such a short time since the service became available proves the efficiency of offering these documents free of charge to property owners—an approach grounded in respect for tax-paying citizens,” — stated Minister Cseke Attila.

• Land Book Extracts
• Cadastral Plan Extracts
• First Registration Extracts

These are now available free of charge to property owners if requested:

• In person, since April 7
• Online, since June 2
