ANCPI Issues Over 435,000 Online Documents in the First Two Months of 2025 via EPAY.ANCPI.RO

The National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration (ANCPI) issued a total of 435,709 documents online via the EPAY.ANCPI.RO platform during the first two months of 2025. In the same period of the previous year, ANCPI issued 324,936 land book excerpts for information purposes and 44,198 cadastral plan excerpts based on orthophotos.

Digital Documents Fully Recognized

The documents issued online by ANCPI—without handwritten signatures—are fully recognized by local and central government institutions, banks, lawyers, notaries, and other stakeholders.

In February 2025 alone, ANCPI, a public institution under the authority of the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration (MDLPA), issued online 187,549 land book excerpts for information and 24,546 cadastral plan excerpts based on orthophotos.

In January 2025, the agency issued 201,982 land book excerpts and 21,632 cadastral plan excerpts online.

Rapid Access and Growing User Base

Also in February, the EPAY.ANCPI.RO platform registered 10,851 new users and recorded 159,588 online orders.

The price of a land book excerpt for information, when requested online, is 20 lei, compared to 25 lei when issued in person at a land registry office. If the requested document is already digitized, it becomes available for download within minutes. If not, it is delivered within a maximum of two working days.

The price for a cadastral plan excerpt based on orthophotos ordered online is 15 lei.

Free Documents at Counters Starting April

Starting in April 2025, land book excerpts for information and cadastral plan excerpts issued at ANCPI counters will be provided free of charge to property owners requesting documents related to their own real estate.

The EPAY.ANCPI.RO platform, managed by ANCPI, can be used by both individuals and legal entities. Orders are placed online and payments are made via bank card.
