ANCPI Issues Over 1 Million Online Documents in First Five Months of 2025

The National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration (ANCPI) issued 1,018,489 documents online via the platform EPAY.ANCPI.RO during the first five months of 2025.

By comparison, in the same period of the previous year, ANCPI issued 821,365 land book excerpts for information purposes and 114,842 cadastral plan excerpts based on orthophotos.

The documents issued online by ANCPI, although not bearing a handwritten signature, are recognized by local and central public authorities, banks, lawyers, notaries, and other institutions.

In May 2025, ANCPI—an institution under the authority of the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration (MDLPA)—issued 165,600 land book excerpts for information and 23,946 cadastral plan excerpts via the EPAY.ANCPI.RO platform.

In April, the platform delivered 150,102 land book excerpts and 22,473 cadastral plan excerpts.

Additionally, in May 2025, the platform registered 10,169 new user accounts and recorded 149,883 online orders.

The cost of a land book excerpt for information purposes issued online via EPAY.ANCPI.RO is 20 lei. If the requested document is available in electronic format, it can be downloaded from the user's account within minutes.

If the document has not yet been converted to digital format, the waiting time is a maximum of two working days.

The cost of a cadastral plan excerpt based on orthophotos issued online is 15 lei.

Both types of documents—land book excerpts for information and cadastral plan excerpts—can now be obtained free of charge by property owners at the counter and, starting June 2, also online.

The EPAY.ANCPI.RO platform is managed by ANCPI and is available to both individuals and legal entities. Orders are placed online and paid by bank card.
