MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT AND INFRASTRUCTURE, as Managing Authority, and the NATIONAL COMPANY FOR ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE ADMINISTRATION S.A., as the Beneficiary of the financing, signed on 04.03.2025 Addendum No. 1/2025 to the Financing Contract No. 57/2024.

By signing Addendum No. 1, one of the key clauses of the original contract has been amended:

General Conditions:

Art. I. In Section III – General Conditions, Article 3 – Value of the Financing Contract, paragraphs (1), (2), and (21) are amended and shall read as follows:

• The total value of the Financing Contract is 6,171,601,448.74 lei.
• The non-reimbursable eligible amount from the Cohesion Fund is 2,066,288,906.95 lei, representing 40% of the total eligible value.
• The Beneficiary’s eligible co-financing contribution is 3,099,433,360.43 lei, representing 60% of the total eligible value. The difference between this amount and the total project value represents non-eligible expenditures, including VAT.
• Implementation period: no later than 31.12.2029.
