COMPANIA NATIONALĂ DE ADMINISTRARE A INFRASTRUCTURII RUTIERE S.A. and Bihor County, as Beneficiaries, and the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, as the Intermediate Body for Transport, signed Addendum No. 1 to Financing Contract No. 249/13.07.2023 for the project: "Bypass road for the town of Alesd."

By signing Addendum No. 1, one of the important clauses is modified:

Article 10, paragraph (1) of the Financing Contract - General Conditions:

Article 1. Article 3 - Contract Value, paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) shall have the following content:

The total value of the "Bypass road for the town of Alesd" Project is 120,859,486.23 lei (Stage I and Stage II), and the total value of the financing contract for Stage I, funded under PIIM 2014-2020, is 84,766,041.13 lei, as follows:

The eligible non-reimbursable value from the European Regional Development Fund for Stage I PIIM is 61,227,816.59 lei, equivalent to 85% of the total eligible value.

The eligible co-financing value of the Beneficiary for Stage I PIIM is 10,804,908.81 lei, equivalent to 15% of the total eligible value.

The difference of 18,333,076.19 compared to the total project value represents ineligible expenses including VAT for Stages I and II.
