After completing the evaluation process of the offers, the National Company for Road Infrastructure Administration (CNAIR) has announced the result of the tender procedure for the Supervision Services Contract for the "BUZĂU – FOCȘANI Motorway: Section 3, km 35+400 – km 71+500, Râmnicu Sărat – Mândrești Munteni".

The designated winning bidder is IRD ENGINEERING SRL (Italy), with a price of 31,159,481.59 Lei without VAT.

The duration of the contract is 160 months and includes 36 months of supervision for the construction phase and 124 months of supervision for the warranty period.

The funding source for this contract will be provided from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.

The signing of the public procurement contract will be possible after the expiration of the period for submitting any appeals and after the resolution of the appeals/complaints made during the tender procedure.
