Saint-Gobain Romania has received the "Top Employer" certification for the 8th consecutive year, the company announced in a press release.

Globally, the Saint-Gobain Group has been named a "Top Employer" for the 9th consecutive year, being one of the 17 companies worldwide to receive this recognition from the Top Employers Institute.

Out of the 20 criteria analyzed, Saint-Gobain made significant progress in 13 of them, with 8 showing an increase of at least 3%, including performance (+8.51%), learning (+8.39%), work environment (+8.16%), career (+7.60%), and leadership (+7.29%).

The most performing criteria are those that guide our long-term actions:

"Ethics and Integrity" (100%), in accordance with the Conduct and Action Principles formalized in a document applicable to each new employee of the Group;

"Purpose and Values" (98.86%), supported by our purpose "MAKING THE WORLD A BETTER HOME";

"Learning" (94.94%), illustrating the Group's ongoing efforts to support teams in developing skills. Every year, over 100,000 employees benefit from at least one training course at the Saint-Gobain University;

"Employer Brand" (91.38%), supported by the employer promise, built together with Saint-Gobain teams worldwide: "Wherever you are, let your unique personality and our values guide you to build a more sustainable world."

This certification also confirms the results of the me@Saint-Gobain employee satisfaction survey conducted in 2023, according to which 93% of employees in Romania are proud to work at Saint-Gobain, and 90% recommend the company as a good place to work.
