Ventilated facades continue to gain ground in contemporary architecture due to their energy efficiency and modern aesthetics. The new fastening systems used in 2025 include adjustable stainless-steel clips, anodized aluminum rails, and vibration-damping systems.
These solutions enable quick installation, reduce thermal bridges, and eliminate the risk of detachment under extreme weather conditions. Tests conducted by independent laboratories have demonstrated wind resistance of up to 220 km/h and durability of more than 25 years.
In addition, modern systems allow for the easy replacement of individual panels without major interventions, facilitating long-term maintenance. Manufacturers provide compatible options with materials such as HPL, fiber cement, ceramics, or aluminum composite.
The adoption of these systems is also encouraged through energy efficiency programs for public and residential buildings funded by the European Union.
