The National Company for the Management of Road Infrastructure S.A., as the Beneficiary, and the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, as the Intermediate Body for Transport, have signed Additional Act no. 1 to Financing Contract no. 253/20.07.2023 for the project: "Modernization of DN 29D Botosani-Stefanesti, km 2+800 – km 18+500 and km 21+800 – km 48+146".

By signing Additional Act no. 1, the following important conditions are modified:

Art. I. General conditions, Article 3 - Contract value, paragraphs (1) and (2)

The total value of the Financing Contract is 370,683,058.21 lei;

The non-refundable eligible value from the European Regional Development Fund amounts to 265,010,824.17 lei, equivalent to 85% of the approved total eligible value.

Art. II. (6) The eligible co-financing value of the Beneficiary at the Operational Program Large Infrastructure Measure is 46,766,616.03 lei. The ineligible value, including VAT, is 58,905,618.01 lei.
