Bucharest Rental Market Sees Yearly Increases, Mixed Monthly Trends in March 2025

Compared to the same period last year, average rental prices in Bucharest increased in March 2025. However, on a month-over-month basis, some sectors of the capital saw price stagnation or declines compared to February 2025.

In March 2025:

  • Studio apartments rented for an average of €385/month
  • Two-room apartments averaged €601/month
  • Three-room apartments reached an average of €873/month

  • The largest year-over-year price increases were recorded:

  • In Sector 1, also for three-room apartments: +20%
  • Compared to February 2025:
