The National Agency for Cadastre and Real Estate Advertising (ANCPI) issued, online, through the EPAY.ANCPI.RO platform, 947,161 documents in the first five months of 2023. In the similar period of 2022, ANCPI issued 677,990 extracts online land register for information and 83,235 extracts from the cadastral plan, on orthophotoplan. Documents issued online by ANCPI, without a holographic signature, are recognized by local and central government institutions, banks, lawyers, notaries, etc. In May 2023, ANCPI, a public institution subordinated to the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration (MDLPA), provided, online, through the epay.ancpi.ro platform, 234,076 extracts from the land register for information and 22,295 extracts from the cadastral plan, on the orthophoto plan. In May 2022, ANCPI released online 151,528 land book extracts for information and 18,480 extracts from the cadastral plan, on orthophoto plan. At the same time, in the fifth month of 2023, 27,158 new users created an account on the epay.ancpi.ro platform and 195,916 online orders were registered. The price of a land register extract for information issued online, through the epay.ancpi.ro platform, is 20 lei, while at the counters of the cadastre and real estate advertising offices the cost is 25 lei. If the requested document is available in electronic format, it can be downloaded from the account created by the user in a few minutes. If the statement has not been converted into electronic format, the waiting time is at most two working days. The price of an extract from the cadastral plan, on an orthophoto plan issued online, through the epay.ancpi.ro platform, is 15 lei. The EPAY.ANCPI.RO platform is managed by ANCPI and can be used by both individuals and legal entities. Orders are placed online and payment is made via a bank card. Currently, the number of properties registered in the integrated cadastre and land registry computer system is over 21.6 million. Thus, the land deed extracts requested for these properties will be able to be downloaded by the users of the epay.ancpi.ro platform in the shortest possible time.
