Regarding construction objects, there were increases in residential buildings (+87.7%), engineering constructions (+47.6%), and non-residential buildings (+45.6%).

The volume of construction works increased as seasonally adjusted series by 17.5%, with notable increases in new construction works (+21.1%), current maintenance and repair works (+18.0%), and major repair works (+13.6%).

Regarding construction objects, the volume of construction works increased for residential buildings (+71.6%), non-residential buildings (+12.9%), and engineering constructions (+10.3%).

February 2024 compared to February 2023:

The volume of construction works as gross series decreased overall by 5.5%. Notable decreases were recorded in new construction works (-7.8%) and current maintenance and repair works (-4.5%).

Major repair works increased by 9.6%. Regarding construction objects, a decrease was recorded in residential buildings (-30.6%). Non-residential buildings and engineering constructions increased by 7.7% and 2.2%, respectively.

As seasonally adjusted series, the volume of construction works decreased overall by 5.9%. New construction works decreased by 10.9%.

Notable increases were recorded in major repair works (+13.3%) and current maintenance and repair works (+5.5%). Regarding construction objects, the volume of construction works decreased for residential buildings by 19.2%. Non-residential buildings and engineering constructions increased by 8.3% and 3.7%, respectively.

The volume of construction works decreased as seasonally adjusted series by 11.8%. New construction works decreased by 17.6%.

Major repair works and current maintenance and repair works increased by 7.0% and 4.3%, respectively. Regarding construction objects, a decrease was recorded in residential buildings (-36.9%). Non-residential buildings and engineering constructions increased by 6.7% and 3.1%, respectively.
