In the period 1.I-31.V.2023, the volume of construction works increased, compared to the period 1.I-31.V.2022, as a gross series, by 11.3%, and as a series adjusted according to the number of working days and seasonality, with 12.3%.

May 2023 compared to April 2023

The volume of construction works increased, as a gross series, by 19.9%, an increase highlighted in capital repair works (+33.6%), maintenance and current repair works (+28.1%) and in construction works us (+15.3%).

On construction objects, there were increases in engineering constructions (+23.2%), non-residential buildings (+21.7%) and residential buildings (+10.8%).

The volume of construction works increased, as a series adjusted according to the number of working days and seasonality, by 3.7%, an increase highlighted in current maintenance and repair works (+10.7%) and in capital repair works ( +8.1%).

New construction works fell by 0.1%. On construction objects, the volume of construction works increased for non-residential buildings (+9.1%), engineering constructions (+2.6%) and residential buildings (+2.4%).

The volume of construction works as a gross series increased in total by 10.7%. On structural elements, increases were recorded in capital repair works (+41.7%), maintenance and current repair works (+9.1%) and in new construction works (+7.4%).

On construction objects, an increase was recorded in engineering constructions (+40.5%). Residential buildings and non-residential buildings decreased by 11.9% and 6.9%, respectively. As a series adjusted according to the number of working days and seasonality, the volume of construction works increased, in total, by 11.4%.

On structural elements, there were increases in capital repair works (+43.2%), current maintenance and repair works (+8.7%) and new construction works (+7.4%). On construction objects, an increase was recorded in engineering constructions (+41.7%). Residential buildings and non-residential buildings decreased by 12.0% and 7.3%, respectively.

The volume of construction works, as a gross series, increased, in total, by 11.3%. By structural elements, increases occurred in capital repair works (+32.5%), new construction works (+11.3%) and current maintenance and repair works (+4.0%).

On construction objects, there were increases in engineering constructions (+31.8%). Non-residential buildings and residential buildings decreased by 2.8% and 2.0%, respectively.
